Normally people say we should wait until the new year or the end of the year to stop bad habits, but why do we have to wait? If we really want to stop something that’s clearly bad for us, then we should try to get rid of it ASAP.
Fear is always a major factor that stops many of us from going after our hopes and dreams. It can be hard to let go of something when we don’t know the outcome, especially as many of us are scared to fail.
Don’t let your fear stop you from doing what you want, especially if you keep delaying what you want because the more you delay, the less likely you’ll start. So, just make a jump start because fear will always be there no matter what you do!
Failure is part of the journey to success and the more times you fail, then the more lessons you learn. You will never get it right the first time, no one gets it right the first time. I have good and bad days, so will you, because without them we wouldn’t be experiencing life at its fullest!

You are the only person who knows yourself, what you like, how you feel, what makes you feel relaxed etc. Listen to your mind, body and soul to learn how to take care of yourself. You are just as important as the person next to you, and you deserve to love yourself, too!
The only competition we have is with ourselves and the person we were yesterday. You shouldn’t be worrying about what people around you are doing or how far they are in their life. This is your life, your path and your journey.
Everything happens exactly when it’s meant to, so please stop stressing. When you think negatively, that’s when you attract negative energy, so just breathe and think positive and trust the process!
I used to always let other people’s views and judgements get to me to the point where I felt invisible. I felt invisible for many years until I couldn’t take it anymore. The only person getting affected is me. I was slowly killing myself with overthinking, not eating and constantly stressing, whereas the people judging me were happily living their life.
The lesson I learnt was that some people love to judge you because they have nothing better to do. They like to make others feel small to make themselves feel better. So, let yourself shine and let the world see you glow because we are beautiful souls!
